Ingrediets:

 
  • 5 apples
  • 200g unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup of Yacon syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 360g self-raising gluten free flour
  • Vanilla essence

Method:

 
  • Cut apples in thin pieces
  • Melt 200g of butter and mix it very well with yacon syrup and vanilla
  • Add 2 eggs
  • Add 360g gluten free self raising flour
  • Mix everything together
  • Dough is going to be lightly sticky, so it is recommended to use cold water while putting it in the form
  • Put one layer of crust and a layer of apples, layer of crust and finish with layer of apples
  • Bake in 175c temperature until golden
  • Sprinkle some superfood lucuma on the top
  • Easy and delicious!
