Blackberry, Lemon & Yacon Smoothie

Ingrediets:

 
  • ¼ head cauliflower - chopped, steamed and frozen
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 7 mint leaves
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup almond milk (or any milk you like)
  • 1 tbsp yacon syrup
  • optional add ins: collagen protein, protein powder, maca, lucuma

Method:

 
  • Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz up until nice and smooth
  • Feel free op with whatever goods you got going for an extra crunch! I like bee pollen, more blackberries and a little more fresh mint for a real nice and refreshing summer snack
