Goji & Mulberry Granola

Ingrediets:

 
  • 200g jumbo oats
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp yacon syrup
  • 60g dried mulberries
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method:

 
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius
  • Mix together oats, melted coconut oil, yacon syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper then pour the sticky oat mixture onto it, spreading evenly
  • Place into the oven for 15-20 minutes – making sure to stir every 3-4 minutes to avoid burning
  • Once the granola’s cooked, stir in the mulberries, goji berries and chia seeds
  • Allow to cool before adding to an air-tight container
