Raspberry Chia Jam

 

Ingrediets:

 
  • ¼ cup Of The Earth Superfoods Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup water or mylk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Of The Earth Superfoods Yacon Syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Method:

 
  • Soak the chia seeds in either mylk or water for 20 minutes stirring every other minute or so to minimize clumping
  • In a separate bowl mash the raspberries with the vanilla essence and yacon syrup before mixing in your soaked chia seeds
  • Give it a good stir until everything is well incorporated and enjoy smothered on a peanut butter toast, our delicious lucuma blueberry muffins or add to your breakfast bowl for some natural sweetness
