Superfood Shortcake Biscuits

 

Ingrediets:

 
  • 75g coconut oil
  • 150g Tiger Nut Co. flour
  • 50g OTE Superfoods Dear Me mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon OTE Superfoods maca
  • 1 tbsp OTE Superfoods Yacon syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp nut milk or water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

Method:

 
  • Mix ingredients together, add nut milk a little at a time until dough is pliable
  • Press onto a board
  • Cover with greaseproof paper and all until approach 2cm high
  • Cut out shapes
  • Bake at 160C for 8-10 minutes
  • Enjoy!
